In the evening had a tutorial session with Dr V, the Head of Department

Dr. V : This patient is bla bla bla. O.k, Said (While looking at me) What's your diagnosis?

Me : Thinking process (Since when I changed my name to Said)

And when there's Q&A session she'll look at me and call Said again and again

Finished with Surgical posting last week.

And I got Acute Appendicitis for my Long Case exam.

Alhamdulillah, it went through smoothly

and I could answer most of the questions during discussion session.

Already started to miss Surgical posting.

Today is my first day in Orthopedics.

I thought it would be boring at first

only dealing with the accident etc.

But, yeah Orthopedic is quite interesting

The surgeons also are very nice.

Teaching us all the ABC of orthopedics with enthusiasm

80% of male admitted to ward are because of Accidents

and 90% of accidents are motorcycle.

"Tak sakitkan..?"

This is the respond I get from one of the cardiac lab staff.

I went there for appointment last week.

"Ko ingat aku saje2 suke2 nak buat test ni. Sampai skip kelas"

The way she spoke to me pergh.

No wonder why most pt feels very irritated with it.

If u wanna postpone my appointment then talk to me in a good way

And I would understand it.

I know u don't have enough staff and there's a lot of patient that day

But, At least talk to me politely and I won't be irritated

It's T wave inversion.

Should I'll be worried or not?
