A Challenging Week

Tuesday

Had diarrhea. A very bad one.

I went to toilet for 7 times.

It makes Dr Y wondered why I frequently went out during the role play session.

Fasting + Dehydrated + Hot weather = such a great combination

Wednesday

Ward round is so long. :(

Friday

Went back to KL.

Waited for KTM komuter for more than 1 Hour.

Damn. Why KTM had this problem during this time.

Saturday

Having FEVER :(

Oh URTI.

(mmg kesabaran teruji. Sabor je la~ huhu)

The whole group had to cover 2 wards today.

Review all the patients in the wards and wait for ward rounds.

Morning round with Dr T.

And evening round with Dato' S.

Ward rounds during fasting are very tiring.

I clerked one case of a patient presented with suprapubic pain.

Of which I think it could be UTI.

and there are few other differential diagnosis.

Presented to Dato' and he told me that documentation of pt clerking is important.

It's a medico-legal thingy.

Of what u didn't write may cause a problem in the future.

Counting months. I am going to HO soon. Am I ready for it?

Had a role play session yesterday

Of which, I'm very stressed of it.

Dunno why I'm so stressed of it.

It's only a damn simple role play of which I do most everyday.

Maybe some URTI, dehydrated, super duper extreme weather contribute to it.

1 kg more to 60.
