Clerking a case is wasn't easy as it see.

First, u have to find a case.

Search for a patient with good physical findings and most importantly willing to cooperate

Sometimes, it's easy to get a patient

And sometimes it took hours of searching a patient

U have to round all the wards in the hospital

Floor by floor

Ward by ward

Cubicle by cubicle

bed by bed

And it's really tiring

After obtained full history and do physical examination

then u proceed with ward presentation.

Ur presentation will be easy and go smoothly when u're patient are around

when patient wasn't there, then u are in big trouble.

It will be much more frustrating when

U clerked a patient yesterday.

U spent so much effort to read about what's happened to the patient

U follow up the patient the next morning

And U found out she was discharged in the afternoon while u want to present to the group

(I'm glad she's been discharged. But, I've to go back to the cycle for clerking a case.

And it's tiring. huhu)

For the first time ever,

I've performed a suture and femoral catheter removal.

Credit to Dr. F for allowing me to do it.

I'm craving for ward procedures right now.

Any blood taking, IV drip insertion, suturing, CBD insertion will do

anyone want to be my specimen?

I've planned to get my H1N1 vaccination tmrw.

I'm in high risk to get infected with the virus at the hospital.

One of the side effects of the vaccine is fever.

And I hope I will get one.

So that I have reason not to attend MRSA class.

Thus there will be no episode of rubbish, brain autopsy

or major depressive episode.

(Prevention is better than cure)
