When something begins, you generally have no idea how it's going to end.
We spend our whole lives worrying about the future,
planning for the future, trying to predict the future.


The future is the home of our deepest fears and wildest hopes.
But one thing is certain when it finally reveals itself
The future far away beyond of what we imagine

Pain

Pain, you just have to ride it out.
hope it goes away on its own.
hope the wound that caused it heals.

There are no solutions.
no easy answers.
you just breath deep and wait for it to subside.

Most of the time pain can be managed
but sometimes the pain gets you where you least expect it.
Hits way below the belt and doesn't let up.

when we're dying or have suffered a catastrophic loss,
we all move through five distinct stages of grief.

We go into denial because the loss is so unthinkable we can't imagine it's true.

We become angry with everyone,
angry with survivors,
angry with ourselves.

Then we bargain.
We beg.
We plead.
We offer everything we have, we offer our souls in exchange for just one more day.

When the bargaining has failed and the anger is too hard to maintain,
we fall into depression, despair,
until finally we have to accept that we've done everything we can.
We let go.
We let go
and move into acceptance.

Time

A patient's history is as important as their symptoms.
It's what helps us decide
if heart burn's a heart attack.
if a headache's a tumor.
Sometimes patients will try to re-write their own histories.
They'll claim they don't smoke, or forget to mention certain drugs.
which in surgery can be the kiss of death.

Clubbing

It's not clubbing as clubbing. This is clubbing of the finger.
One of the signs for cardiac, respiratory or thyroid diseases.

It's have been developing for a long time
Till I noticed it as I learn what it is for this past few years.
And now, people keep noticing it too.

With chest pain, palpitation, tremors, vasovagal episodes and strong
family history of CVS diseases
It's enough tell you that there's something wrong with the body.
Something mysterious inside and keep bugging the mind

But at least it's not killing me... yet.
